If what you said is true, it will number them based on the items installed. the drivers should still be there, they dont go away that easily. and i do NOT mean to reinstall software or drivers, but to insert the item into the port for the recognition by the system. Now remove everything Physically from the ports, and delete it in the device manager, reboot (or not depending on how it acts) and install one by one. Ok, then you go into the device manager and find the menu item View "show hidden devices" you really want to get this into the enviroment variables so it stays.
